What we collect
When you send an enquiry, valuation request or property brief we receive the details you type: name, phone number, email if given, and your message with the property or area it concerns. We also record the page you sent it from and, for advertising, the campaign that brought you here.
Why
To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, prepare a valuation and keep in touch about properties that match what you told us. We contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, as you prefer, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Where it goes
Your details are stored on Crown Key’s own systems and are not sold or passed to other agencies. Property owners receive only what is needed to arrange a viewing. Our email and messaging providers process messages on our behalf.
Saved properties
The shortlist stores property references in your browser only. It does not store your name or contact details.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@crownkey.ae. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our regulatory duties as a licensed brokerage.
